Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist & Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics

I joined the Myokinetix team not only to help athletes, but to help all patients with various injuries and goals get back to the activities they love doing. This is why I am now pursuing a specialty in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy in order to help an additional population that is so often overlooked.

In my spare time, I enjoy being outside and participating in activities such as swimming, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding and the occasional golf day.  I also love spending time with my fiance, family, friends and my doggies, Xena and Barkley!

I grew up in Edison, New Jersey with my parents and younger brother. I started swimming competitively at a young age, and as a result of overtraining, I was forced to overcome a variety of injuries and surgeries. This experience motivated me to become a Physical Therapist in order to help athletes avoid the same challenges I was faced with.

I started my journey to becoming a Physical Therapist at Rider University where I graduated in 2013 with a B.S. degree in Biology. I continued my education at MCPHS University (Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science) where I graduated in 2017 with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Because of my passion for Orthopedics and my desire to be the best Physical Therapist for my patients, I completed a 1-year residency program with VOMPTI (Virginia Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy Institute) that I graduated from in August 2018. VOMPTI set me up for success when I sat for my Orthopedic Clinical Specialty exam in March 2019 and I am Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
