This is a 2-day live course where I will go over my ACL rehab system from day 1 post-op all the way to return to competition.
This is a course where you will learn exercise progression, plyometric drills, reactive drills, and return to competition strategies.
You will be able to walk away and implement what you learn immediately and start your path to becoming an ACL expert within your area.
CEU credits will be given in the state of NJ and you can also submit it to your state to obtain CEU credits as well.
